We present two complementary approaches to calculating the 2-point function of stress tensors in presence a 1/2 BPS surface defect 6d $\mathcal{N} = (2,0)$ theories. First, we use analytical bootstrap techniques at large $N$ obtain first nontrivial correction this correlator, from which extract CFT (dCFT) data characterising 2d dCFT plane. Along way derive supersymmetric inversion formula, relevant superconformal blocks and check that crossing symmetry is satisfied. Notably our result features holomorphic whose appearance related chiral algebra construction Beem, Rastelli van Rees. Second, description exact results for sector dCFT, valid any choice operator.
